Your hotel joins Bessé Signature group

Besse Signature is already present in Paris with Bel Ami Hotel **** (left bank – St Germaine s Prés), Edouard 7 Hotel **** (right bank - Opéra), and Domaine de la Bretesche**** near Nantes.

Seasonal menu including starter, dish and dessert of your choice from a selection by our Chef Christophe HAY. Free aperitif.

Monday to Saturday.
49 € per person incl. taxes.

**Starter**
Ugly tomatoes variation, horseradish cream,
Gazpacho and eggplant caviar, fennel salad
Or
Roasted Saint Guénolé scampi, quinoa taboulet,
pepper mint, green beans bouillon with lemongrass
**Main dish**
Slowly cooked cardine, shellfish,
calamari and baby lettuce in lemon bouillon
Or
Duck from the Dombes: the breast with summer fruits, the legs in a foie gras emulsion and the wings with fresh herbs salad
**Dessert**
Strawberry with Tonka beans short bread, “Tagada” strawberry milk shake,
strawberry and mint sorbet

Meringue with poached peach and vanilla rhubarb,
verbena ice cream
